Dell Field Service Agents are the technicians that repair consumer and commercial Dell Technology products out in the field (i.e. not at a repair center or store). Their daily work is found in an app called DFSM, it is their source of information for things such as schedule, contact info, Work Order and Case info as well as the platform for documenting their work after the repair.

This project was my first true ownership of both the UI and the UX of an application. I shadowed end users to supplement the business requirements and validated my designs throughout the process with prototype testing. I also kept an open line of communication with the development team to ensure all proposed designs would be technically feasible.
